Does death frighten us?
Why are we here?
We reel in the same circle as insects and plants
Our bodies are disintegrating with time
Our reminds writh backwards and forwards
Captive in frustration fulfilment, the ever searching

2010 Boots Camps and Kilimanjaro

Forever the fidget and with the winter months just passing us by, the fidgetness encroaches as usual upon me so taking some space to wind up the body alittle further and stretch it and relax in my own particular way with a couple of trips to boot camps in Notts and South Wales later this year and fingers cross an emotive journey to Kililmanjaro.....so so can't wait.
